At Mini Dreamers Sleep, I support families with babies and children aged 5 months to 5 years to achieve better sleep through gentle, responsive and completely bespoke support.
Having experienced and witnessed deprivation, I understand how deeply broken sleep affects family life – from mental health and relationships to confidence in parenting. My approach is centred around the whole family. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods or leaving little ones to cry alone. Instead, I work closely with parents to create personalised sleep plans that feel right for them and meet their child’s unique needs.
I offer bespoke sleep support packages and plans, one-off troubleshooting calls, and practical downloadable guides.
