I work particularly with teachers and education staff who spend their days supporting everyone else but rarely get space to focus on themselves. Therapy offers a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s been building up, and find steadier ways to move forward.
My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, and transactional analysis. Sessions are shaped around you and what feels most helpful in the moment.
