Ilo Sauna is a small wellness business offering wood-fired outdoor sauna experiences in the West Midlands. Founded by husband and wife duo Soph and Jack, the business aims to make the traditional health and relaxation benefits of sauna accessible to the local community. The name “Ilo,” which means “joy” in Finnish, reflects our goal of helping visitors relax, recharge and enjoy a sense of wellbeing.

The sauna operates from Wassell Grove Fisheries and Campsite and offers shared sessions where guests can unwind in a heated sauna, cool down with bucket showers and a cold plunge and socialise in a welcoming environment.

Sessions are designed to support relaxation, improve circulation and reduce stress, while also creating a friendly space for people to connect and enjoy a unique outdoor wellness experience.
